The terms on which this website is provided. Supply of workers is governed by the separate terms of business agreed with each client.
1. About this site
This website is operated by Cando Personnel Ltd, 26 Harmer Street, Gravesend, Kent DA12 2AX. By using it you accept these terms.
2. Use of the site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the portal, interfere with its operation, or submit anything that is unlawful, misleading or infringes someone else's rights.
3. Information you give us
You confirm that the information you submit through our forms is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. We rely on it when arranging work and when carrying out statutory checks.
4. Vacancies
Roles listed on this site reflect client demand at the time of publication and may be filled or withdrawn without notice. Listing a role is not an offer of employment.
5. Supply of workers
Our supply of temporary and permanent workers is governed by our terms of business, issued and agreed separately with each client, and by the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003. Nothing on this website varies those terms.
6. Portal accounts
Portal accounts are issued to staff, workers and drivers for their own use. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us at once if you believe your account has been used by someone else.
7. Liability
We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Intellectual property
The content, design and software of this site belong to Cando Personnel Ltd and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
