How quickly can you supply workers?
For most roles we can have screened workers on site the next morning, and often the same day for urgent cover. Our line is staffed 24 hours, so a 4am call-off is dealt with before your shift starts.
What checks do you run before someone comes to our site?
Every worker completes Right to Work and identity verification, National Insurance and address confirmation, two employment references, a health and fitness declaration, and our health and safety induction. We hold the records and monitor expiry dates automatically, so nobody works on a lapsed document.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Cando Personnel holds a Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority licence, number KENT0009. That covers our supply of workers into agriculture, food processing and packaging.
Do you cover transport to site?
We run our own vetted crew transport with GPS-tracked vehicles and DBS-checked drivers, so workers without a car can still reach rural and early-shift sites reliably.
How do you record hours?
Workers clock in and out from their phone, and every clock event records a verified GPS location checked against the site geofence. You get accurate, evidenced hours rather than a paper timesheet filled in at the end of the week.

What does it cost?
We charge an hourly rate per worker that covers their pay, holiday accrual, National Insurance and our margin, so there are no hidden extras. Rates depend on the role, shift pattern and volume — call us and we will quote in the same conversation.
